Every boat Stella Maris Marine delivers is built to keep performing. Top Line guarantees that the product meets all applicable requirements and is free from material defects for the duration of the warranty. The warranty starts on the delivery date.

Hull & reinforcement

10 years

On the main layers of the hull skin and the longitudinal and transverse reinforcement. Condition: use within the limits for speed and wave height, never in extreme weather or in competition. Excluded: hairline cracks in the surface finish.

Deck, console, seats & hatches

5 years

On the strength, fit and finish of the original parts. Hinges, rails, ladders, doors, fittings and electric pumps: 2 years. Excluded: breakage or cracks in the lacquer caused by falling objects or excessive load.

Tubes

5 years

On manufacturing defects in the Hypalon material, the seams and the valves. Condition: tube pressure must not exceed the maximum permitted limit and excessive use of chemical products must be avoided. Does not cover colour fading or damage from external factors.

Tanks & fuel system

2 to 5 years

On the tanks and the complete fuel system, from tank to engine. Condition: correct fuel use and regular inspection of the fuel/water separator. Excluded: fuel filters and rubber hoses.

Electrical installation

5 years

On the wiring. Condition: the system must not be exposed to high voltage, water or unauthorised intervention. Excluded: bulbs, fuses, batteries and equipment not fitted by Top Line or an authorised dealer.

Propulsion engines

Manufacturer

According to the engine manufacturer's terms, for the specific use.

Exclusions

  • ✕Careless use or negligence
  • ✕Use of the wrong fuel or water entering the fuel system
  • ✕Collision with objects above or below the waterline
  • ✕Use of power outside the recommended range
  • ✕Modifications to the boat or equipment by third parties
  • ✕Lack of the recommended maintenance
  • ✕Cosmetic damage, wear and accidental damage

Conditions

This warranty covers product failure under normal use, resulting from defects in the materials or construction of the vessel. Top Line repairs or replaces the necessary parts during the warranty period. Transport of the defective product to the nearest dealer or to Stella Maris Marine is at the owner's care, responsibility and expense.

The warranty does not release the buyer from the obligation to follow all operating procedures in the manual and to take every necessary precaution to prevent damage. The list above is not exhaustive; exceptions and conditions apply as may reasonably be assumed by common sense.
